Elite 1500 power up problem

This is pretty frustrating...so I just finished wiring up my FC yesterday..i was meticulous with the wiring...before powering up the ecu for the first time, with the ecu unplugged, I turned the key to on and checked every pin on both ecu connectors to make sure the proper voltages were being supplied to the correct pins..everything checked out good..all the relays were switching ect...plug the ecu in, and turn the key to on...ecu power light just flashes yellow and blue..the status light doesn't even come on at all..just continuous flashing power led...the manual says it should light up blue, and the status light should come on for a second then shut off....the manual mentions nothing about flashing green power led...the only thing I can find is a post in the Haltech forum from someone saying that while theyre driving their elite will occasionally start flashing green and shut down, then it will take them 4 or 5 tries turning the key on and off to get it to power up again....nobody has replied to my post on the Haltech forum, and the reply to that other guy from Haltech suggests that seeing a green light is bad and they have only seen it when a ecu is being shorted out really bad and keeping the ecu from booting up all the way, or when someone has already nuked the ecu...i don't see how this could be possible in my situation..there are no issues in my wiring, and I pre checked everything..the ecu has never been plugged in til now, and it never worked from the first turn.....2 year build and the day comes to try and start it for the first time, not what I was expecting as far as possible issues to deal with...i have no idea what to do here..

pulled the ecu and bench tested it with ground to pin a10 and 12v to pin B11..same result...just a flashing green power light...im prob going to end up sending it in...this obviously confirms its a issue with the ecu

Doesn't matter, you can just disable that in the pinout. I run a platinum series patch and changed nothing wiring wise and simply disabled A13 in the I/O as it wasn't doing anything.
