So I have run out of AD channels on my E8, and need 1 more to set up a fuel pressure sensor. I have read the posts about using spare ad1 on the e8, but I am not getting through. Here is what I have done so far.

-Switch pins from 12 -13 on the 26pin con.
-enabled ad1 in the e11 mode, set it to fuel pressure ,and uploded map to the ecu
-attached the 0-5v output from the f/sender to the shielded wire originally for o2 sensor which is now on pin 13 instead of 12.

I need to know if I took the correct steps.
