No, the pwm's and the dig out GROUND the relay. In other words, the ground goes through the Haltech itself.

Exactly, its very important guys, to know that the PWMs, Aux. Out, etc., are "pull to ground" styled connections, or they ground the cricuit they are part of. And its ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS important to remembr that they cant drive the output directly, so awlays use a relay with the proper fuse connected directly to the battery.

I want to use the BAC to control idle. Whats the best way to hook it up. I will use a PWM for a switched ground, but can I use a Grey/Red wire for power or is that to big of a draw and use a non Haltech ECU power source instead??? Can this also be used to compensate for the air conditioner. I read the manual and it seems like it can but i am still a little confused? Or should i bag the the BAC for a stepper motor???
