Haltech E6X Password protection

E6X Password protection
Is there a way to remove the password protection from a E6X? I bought a used unit and it is password protected. The manual states to set the password to null. To get to this menu you need the password

Nevermind!
I found my solution on the Haltech forum! It turned out to be a communications problem with the computer. Once I matched up the serial port setup with the Haltech I was able to connect and load a new map.
