E6X hickup problem
hi
im been having problem tuning my Rx7, idk if is just the map that i got or is something that im doing wrong, i have a e6x on my FC and low rpm if i pass 1/2 throttle, it leans out for a split second when i step on it and it would be fine after that. what could cause this problem what i have to adjust to fix it? thanks

staging issue
staging can be done in two different methods
primary hold is like the stock method ,, it will not make the best of your injector sizing as it locks the value to the primary injector post staging
common mode is the better choice ,, both pairs get the same pulse width after staging ( after dropping 50 % of the duty signal )
this is actually very straight forward
for halwin---
setup >fuel setup >staged injector setup
select common mode
staging bar value is the stage point
if you look at the fuel maps in 2d plan ,, there is a series of bar columns displayed
if staging bar value = 8,, then when the ECU jumps onto the 8th column,, it will begin to stage
( kinda simple huh ? )
YET
if you go maps > fuel correction maps > staging correction
it will pull up another correction map
this map is for purely at the instant of staging
its laid out as RPM V fuel correction period
if your engine sneezes at a certain RPM when staging ,, note the RPM
go to this map and add a few notches to the bar for that rpm,, and ones either side of it
if that makes the stumble worse,, pull some
( always err richer first,, if worse ,, return to the old number,, then take some )
easy peasy
it also works when unstaging
