e6k trouble

I went out drove the car this week alittle, Its been driving for quite sometime with no problems. So since it snowed, I finally decided to get off my butt, and wire the gauges up. So I wire everything up, go to start the car to see if they work, and I get no ignition. So I get fustrated, and leave the garage. This morning, I go out, turn the key, and now I have no fuel. My fuel pump switch lights up when I first turn the key, then when I turn it towards ignition, the light goes out. Now I wired FD alt this week, and started it, everything seemed to be doing just fine. Im lost, Ive been checking fuses, with no luck.

well I hooked up the battery to a charger, charged it, and I have fuel pump power again. Now Im not sure if Im still getting any igniton. I thinking it MIGHT be flooded, but I just seems weird that all of a sudden it would be flooded, and the injectors are pretty new. However, I tried some starting fluid, thinking it would catch alittle, and Im not getting anything. Any suggestion on to why my igniton has disappeared would be helpfull. Im going to shoot some wires monday to see if they are getting power.

they have a sparkplug light at autozone.
if you have good fuses and the two relays that power the haltech and fuel pump are in working order...
maybe your sparkplugs have fowled out. what does the laptop say?? any sensor faults??

and btw i alway unhook the battery from the car before charging with the haltech.(: Just In Case.(:
also dont jump it off with jumper cables.

How much has the Haltech been tuned?
It sounds like the base maps(?) haven't been touched very much?
