E6k running on one rotor

as the title says. it has spark to both rotors, and im not sure what kind of voltage i should be seeing at the injector clips during cranking. i know the engine is good. and its not a new engine, so im not worried about compression. any ideas on what to look for? oh and if it matters its running on the front rotor.

You should really check compression and not try to guess if its good or not. Also, have you properly connected your injector outputs? Inj1 to front primary, Inj2 to rear primary, Inj3 to front secondary, Inj4 to rear secondary?

As well as your ignition outputs. Specially if you're using the toggle feature.

ill double check all that tomorrow and get back. i know the engine is good, because in ran and pulled fine when stock, but i guess a compression test wouldnt hurt.
