e6k questions

What would be the easiest tps to use since the s4 one can't be used? Basically without drilling holes in the TB.

Also the fuel pump connector has four wires, but the manual doesn't show which two are for the haltech and which ones stay with the stock harness for the fuel level and all?

Which wire did you guys use for the 12v switched without taking the dash halfway apart?

Also those two connectors at the beginning of the harness are said to be an O2 and tps connector but there are already ones on the other part of the harness. Whats up with that?

The service manual tells you which wires are which on that 4 pin connector to the pump, all you need to tap is 1 of them with the orange wire, make sure you cut it behind the splice.

The 3 connectors on the harness near the main ECU connector are Comm, SpareA/D and Trim Control, but yes, the connectors are similar to the TPS female connector.

Swap out for an Kouki FC turbo TB and TPS...

One pair is for fuel pump power and ground.
The other pair is for fuel level.
Hint, the two thick ones are for the fuel pump.

Sorry, I go straight to the source - the ignition key.
Look for the IG1 lead and splice from there.

Already answered, but it's all Spare A/D and **** you don't normally need...

How hard is it to use the haltech tps with the S4 TB? I took the front butterfly off along with porting it and rather use it unless like I said if there was drilling to be done. The haltech ones aren't that hard to get and don't cost as much either.

It's easy to make a bracket for the Haltech TPS since you removed the front throttle plates. There should be two 10mm threaded holes that you can make a bracket mount to. Then you'll just have to bend and fit it, so the TPS will sit on the second throttle shaft. Just make sure that the TPS is NOT used as a throttle stop, as this can damage the sensor.

If you are trying to source Sw. Ign., then you can tap into the green 6plug connector located in the front(drivers side) of your engine bay. There will only be 4 wires going into the connector, using a spade connector, just plug into the "top-center" terminal(it will have a black/white wire going into it.

As far as the fuel pump, you can intercept the power wire on the drivers side kick panel, running under the carpet, next to the trunk/gas release. It will be the larger gauge BLUE/YEL dotted wire. Test for continuity to the pump before cutting any wires.

All other questions, I believe have been answered.
