so i've finally got all my fuel leaks fixed and EVERYTHING done on my 20b/fc/e11v2, and i'm trying to start it up today, and i'd like to update the firmware and halwin before i start so that i don't get any of the map errors associated with switching firmware/software with an existing map.

haltech's website has halwin 1.62, which requires build 29 firmware, which i can't find anywhere. build 28 is available on hitman's website, but i can't find halwin 1.59 anywhere. can anyone please help me find both of either of these, preferrably 1.62/build 29? please please please.
