Haltech E11 and tach output and shift light
E11 and tach output and shift light
Ok so how do you get these to work ,I did use the pwm and the aux out to turn these on ,but for some reason they dont work ,i enabd them both of course seperately ,do i have to turn on the pull up for the 12volt supply and must i use a relay with the both of them or not, realty getting fustrated at this since the fan is also hooked up to the pwm and works perfectly.
The PWM wires DO NOT control the accesories directly, you need to use a relay inline of them to be able to run what ever you want to control, you can cause damage to the outputs if you do it that way!
Download the E6K manual off the Haltech website, it has diagrams on how to connect the different accesories with the PWMs.

On an FC, if you want to run the stock tach, just wire your PWM out(selected as Tacho output) to the Yellow/Blue wire on your drivers side harness next to your trailing coils. This is the Mechanics tacho wire, and it will have a bullet connector on it. Either cut and solder, or use a male bullet connector direct into the plug.
