Datalog MAP data

I just datalogged a few WOT runs and can never figure out how much boost I'm running (very cold here)
upon looking at the datalog I have no idea what these units are in and how to figure out how to convert it to psi
Anybody know off the top of their head?

High Res

Thanks

The Haltech datalogs in kPa (kilopascals). 100 kPa is equivalent to 14.5 psi. The problem is that you are showing all negative values which doesn't make any sense. You didn't need me to know that. It appears the logging part of the software thinks you're using a different MAP sensor than what you really are.

What ECU are you using (says E6X on the log, just want to make sure) and what software are you using?

I knew that was weird that it was negative.
I'm running the e6x with version 1.26 of halwin. I checked the map sensor options and its on 3 bar and baro input is set on external

What turbo you got????

If you subtract 43 from 81 you get 38.

Take 38 and divide by kPa (100) and you get .38

Multiply 14.5 by 0.38 and you get 5.5

5.5 PSI??? Sounds like stock. Are you stock?

I got a T04B, should be hitting at least 11-12 psi.
It hit .85 bar on the dyno.
If I open up the fuel 3d map however, where it reads the load out to you on the upper right, it does read positive pressure.

What firmware version are you running? It's possible you're using an older version of the firmware. Have you tried v1.25 or DOS?

If the datalog is showing negative values, have you selected the correct map sensor? which are you using? internal, external, what range?

The datalog shows negative values as does the load gauge on the gauge page . BUT the fuel map which lists load up on the corner is showing positive values for boost. Strange eh?

Its selected on MapSensor, 3 bar (I'm using a 3 bar)
Baro input is on external.

Still on version 1.26. Haven't found the older version or tried the dos version yet.

Im thinking that you've probably done changes to the map and setups without properly reseting the ECU and/or have had map windows or engine data pages and gauge page opened while those changes where done. I would try reloading the Default Base Map into the ECU, resetting, then going through it manually and setting it the same way you had it, but DONT use your old map, if you'd like just copy/paste the fuel and ignition maps onto the new setup, but dont use the old map.

Try that and see what happens.

Here's v1.25 Software
HalwinX v1.25 for E6X
