Cosmo 13b-re BAC valve problems

Ok, I've been dicking with this sucker for over a year now and can't get the settings 100% in the E6K.

At best I've had it working well controling the car on cold startup (holding 1200rpm untill my 130 deg high idle setpoint) and holding idle fairly well when warm. But when I shut off the car when everything is hot and go to restart it ~5 min afterwards the BAC can't hold a steady rpm and it will die. I would think I could get it set good enough to just reach in in and hit the key and that's it. If I unplug the BAC with a hot engine and then hit the key I have no problem. What gives?

Does anyone have any experience with the cosmo BAC valve??

Check the resistance on the BAC when its hot.. could be getting to hot and 'n up cause its old.

every now and then mine will do the same thing, but only ater it sits and heatsoaks or a ew minutes... not sure i its the BAC, but next time it does it, I'll try unplugging the sucker and see what happens.
