car dies when power is applied to the fuel pump

hey guys I'm having the craziest problem ever. for some odd reason my car dies when I put the fuel pump fuse on. if I take it of it runs perfectly until I guess runs out of presure on the lines. Im running only 40 psi of fuel. the timing is right. Im dead on on the leading mark on the pulley and I have strong spark on all 4 spark plugs. when I first got the timing set it started right up and ran like a champ. I went out and drove about 5 miles and came back. the car wasnt smoking or nothing it was running perfect got home turned it off and later on when i tried to turn it on again it started doing this. I really dont know what else to think. i did do a compression test and I have 90 psi on each face on both rotors. I messed with it all day today and nothing. Ive searched and didnt find nothing that mentions anything about this. the setup is 720/1600, walbro 255,-6 braided hoses, aeromotive A1000 FPR, haltech E6S. the E6S ignition is set to direct fire with 3 6AL's and the stock coils. any help will be greatly appreciated.

I had this problem when I used some of the premade maps on this forum. Basically what is happening is your injectors are full 100% locked open. When you connect your fuel, obviously it floods the engine. When you turn the fuel pump off, the fuel being either sucked in, or dropping in from what ever fuel is in the fuel rail keeps the car running. I freaked out too when this happened to me. O.o I thought I had some sort of perpetual motion RE.

I don't know much about the older ECU's but I could see injector duty cycle on the e11v2. I noticed that it was at 100% ...and I was like .. .... um .. no haha.

I could be wrong, but at least it's another thing to look at.

Gl.
