--Can't Turn Off Coolant Gauge?--

Just had my E6K installed and tuned. Everything is good, except that the warning light on the coolant gauge won't turn off. It's not over heating, but the light is annoying. They suggested to pull the bulb off from the back of the cluster. Is there any other way to turn it off? (correcting through the lap top?) I don't want to go ghetto...

so are you experiencing this problem with using the "5 min instal harness" or without using it?
if using it with....does the time you spend on figuring out this problem get added to the 5 min or no? LOL! j/k

seriously, did you disconect anything along the way of the temp sensor?

Coolant level ok? Did you hook up the stock sensor? If not, you should. This way if you
loose coolant you have a first line of defense.

I used the flying lead. As far as I know, everything is hooked up except for the coolant level sensor located in the front of the neck...

Found the problem myself. Red light and beeping due to the coolant level sensor not being hooked up. It was left dangling. I wonder why MVA couldn't find the problem...
