Can someone tell me if i have a bad map sensor

Haltech e6k running a 3 bar map sensor:

ok so when i check out my sensors. the manifold pressure shows 0.4inHg without the car running. key is on the on position and thats it. but if i blow into the sensor it reads a difference in pressure. the other thing is my air/fuel ratio always reads 4mV so im guessing my o2 sensor is wired wrong. i have a 4 wire o2 sensor. can someone tell me how to wire in a universal 4 wire o2 sensor.

my car wont start. all other sensors are fine. when i crank the engine speed shows between 180 and 260rpm. my fuel pressure is good and stead at 40psi when cranking. im getting spark and the timing is zeroed. battery voltage is good also.

Oh and do i have to have the road sensor wired up? battery voltage is good also

are you getting a good map signal? search the 2nd gen forum, there is a thread covering what nipple to use. i think it is the bottom one but i am not entirely sure.

Has the car been running on that particular set-up before?
It could just be your calibration/settings.

0.4 in-hg isn't too far off.
Mine varies about 0.3in-hg depending on altitude.

Key On/Engine Off, MAP reading is where it should be. When you try to start it does it fluctuate? You probably just need a proper start up/base map.

There is a diagram in the Haltech manual showing how to wire up the O2 sensor, make sure you know which wire is which on the sensor.
