Haltech Can my haltech be repaired?

Can my haltech be repaired?
I dont have a rx-7 but I do have a mazda mx-3 so its a close relative right?
So what happened was.. Car was running like a DREAM except for the tach not working after 5000 rpm. Im using the msd 6al tach output to drive my tach because it was more consistent than the haltech tach out. I purchased the MSD tach adapter in an effort to try and get the tach to work properly. I hooked it up exactily as the instructions told me to and guess what? Car wont start. I found out now that the damn thing must have sent 12 volts back through the trigger signal wire into the haltech frying a transistor. I took the haltech out and took it apart to assess the damage (out of warranty) and I was confronted with this.
The trace dosent look burnt its just this thing. Im sure there are people on here who can tell if this can be fixed. This is the only place that is burned on it. The ecu still connects and all the inputs work fine. The only thing that isnt working is the output for the igniter. Does this look fixable?

The only time you would worry on something frying on the board is if it gets brunt right through the entire board, since its multilayered.

Do you think that it would be possible to get it repaired locally?
I called a haltech dealer and the guy said that any tv repair place who has half a clue about fixing circut boards should be able to fix it since it is very common parts that are usually available from radioshack. The only problem I think would be exactily what the number on the top of it is supposed to be because I wouldent want to put the wrong one on there.
I will probally have to send it to haltech though. Their contact in california is the place Im going to send it I guess.
I bought my haltech from CAN-SAF auto repair in ontario so I wonder if they could fix it. Im eager to get this fixed and back in the car again asap.

FYI Transistors are about 39 cents from places like Mouser.com.. Even radioshack may be able to get you one. It will be in a different case but it could work. Its not the best solution but I've had great success in my lifetime replacing resistors, capacitors, transistors, and even IC's on my own without any long term complications. The best you can hope for is nothing else burnt out beyond what the eye can see.
Its probably better if you send it back to Haltech though.
