BAC valve needed for my haltech?

Do i need this? I blocke dit off since i don't have A/C i took it out so no need to up the rpm when i turn it on. So is there any need for it?

If you took the A/C out hardly, but for cars that have power steering and A/C its needed to keep the idle steady.

Not neccessary needed for P/S. If anything if you desire would be for cold start.

It's really not necessary if you adjust the throttle stop for about a 1,000RPM idle.
Even at 900RPM, it should not die on you if the tune is good.

The BAC valve just gives you a solid idle under any conditions once the parameters are adjusted correctly.
Not necessary, but it does showcase your tuning skills - it's bragging rights.
