Question Anyone in Tampa that could Hook up Haltech?

Is there anyone in the Tampa Bay area that knows how to install the E6k on a 3rd Gen. I've heard its easy but I'm not touchin this thing. If anyone does install it around here how much to install it(Not to tune), just to install the wire harness etc. Any help would be apreciated.

Mazsport in Largo can prolly do it or Maztech in Tampa. But I'm not sure if Maztech does performance stuff anymore.

You can do it... its simple. I think we have it down to under 3 hours with the flying lead harness... if you can hook up a stereo, you can wire a Haltech. All you need is some wire strippers, extra 12awg and 14awg wire, wire cutters, soldering iron, heat shrink, 3/8 NPT tap and a few hours...

Maztech out of those would be the only one I'd ever consider. Scott's work gets 0 respect from me and so many, many others I've talked to.

I'll either wire up the haltech myself or fly brian cain in and have him do it. :P

Ok....My E6k came with a **** load of wires......Are most of those useless if you just use the factory harness? Is it better to re-wire with all the new wires that are supplied or should I just try it with the factory harness? I could do pretty much anything to my car but when it comes to this electrical stuff.....I suck, and I really don't want to screw it up. I would probably be willing to chance it if their was a step by step process for me to follow with pics and stuff, but I have'nt found one yet. This is pretty much the only thing(other than tuning after its installed) holding me back from getting my car up & running.

Take out the stock harness on the passanger side.. (don't cut anything though)

And most of the wires on the haltech harness are unused..
