Advise, if it is covered else where point me n the right direction!

and now this has me thinking about my swap. To avoid a lot of unneccesary wires and such I plan on going with a Haltech E6x rx7 kit, And on a seperate yet related note the only thing I plan on keeping is power steering, and a/c (don't give me any crap, its a black car in FL and i want to be able to drive i. lol) what can I rip out wiring wise under the hood? I have my s4 a-spec motor and tranny out, I have my 91 s5 j-spec full swap ready to go in, I just want my engine bay to be as clean and simple as possible. I of course want functionality over aesthetics, but I want it done right. What am I going to need that doesn't come in the kit? Where does everything from the dash controls go? I know this seems silly to be asking but I figured I would get some feed back from people that have done it. what else do I need to consider so that this can be done correctly.
