What did they change in the 1.62 software? I notice that Halwin now gives you the option of selecting e11v1, v2, AND E8. Other than that I don't see anything different.

This is off the Haltech Support Forum:
Front-end has the ability to tell the difference between E8 and E11.
Updated stepper motor control
Updated BAC Valve control
Updated closed loop O2 control
2nd air temp correction map for light load and low RPM
Thermo fan output has the option to allow the thermo fan to come on when A/C comes on.
Allow the user to set the lock split timing for the trailing spark on a rotor
Gear boost correction for closed loop boost control
Trim for closed loop boost control
RPM activation for data logging now has an RPM set point that can be entered.

Above all ranges function added to the 2D slices of 3D maps. (Press Alt-R for all ranges and then Alt-U for above all ranges.)
Ignition Quick map
Trace function on Text view (T key)
Linearise function added to text view (L key)
Values function added to text view (V key)
Data viewer now remembers and loads in the last channels that were displayed
I wonder if the split lock feature is in response to their discovery that the L/T timing split can wander by up to 3 degrees under some circumstances.

It's so you can lock the split as well while trying to zero the timing. I really could have used that a couple months ago.

Adding linearise to the text view is pretty handy too, though I notice they still haven't included 'EGT' in the list of anologue input choices.
