Need a evaporator for 1979. Also a condenssor.

I bought my first rx7 here not to long ago and when i turned it oner for the first time it reved really high and also sounded like the starter stayed engaged, and today i disconnected the distributor from the plugs so as to prevent the motor from starting when i turned the key. when i turn the key that starter engages like normal but even if i turn the ignition off and remove the key the starter still stays engaged. can anyone please help me with this?!??!?

1979 RX7 (SA 9/78 manu. date) DCOE45, MSD 6al, aftermarket springs and shocks/struts w/1" drop. '83 12a w/ mild street port. 15" Konig Rewinds gunmetal black / polished alloy lip.
