Our revised prototype will be showing up this week, we'll post pics as soon as we have it back from the finishing shop.

Thoughts on hard black anodized? I know there was some interest but I need to know how many people are actually interested in having them mil-spec hard black coated as an option or if most people simply want the standard color. Both would be sand blasted first.

Sorry for the holdup, we've been a bit busy with some of the other products we're working on. We had to make a few changes to the revised footrest but we're on track to start production next week. Once we start production we will open up the pre-sale on our website. Again sorry for the delay guys, but we want to bring you the best product possible at the best price possible!

As long as there are no unforeseen production costs the price will actually be slightly less than what we quoted everyone The standard finish will be the OEM sand blasted finish but we're working on color options such as Hard anodizing, black chrome, satin black and silver/gunmetal.

Please let us know if you're interested in any colors besides the OEM finish so we can get a better idea what everyone wants.

Here's a little video we took demonstrating the strength of our latest design
There's a 165lb man attached to those shoes and as you can see the footrest flexes slightly but returns to it's shape once he steps off. You'd have to seriously scare the bejeezus out of your passenger to damage this footrest!
