I really want to buy it but the price seems really low? Is it because its RH drive? its almost stock everything and only has 40k miles. For 17,500

To answer your question, there are so many factors that would affect price. A thorough inspection should reveal any major flaws. If there are no huge red flags, you like it, and can afford it, and can work on it yourself, do it.
