I hate to say it but things are moving along much faster than most of our headlight groupbuys. I'm doing my best to keep things moving but there are many pieces that go into each kit. The headlights themselves are hand build items and as a result we have longer than usual wait times as I personally assemble each set. These are not off the shelf items and to date we've never been able to keep them in stock (we sell more than we can build). Thanks for your patience though, hopefully you'll find that the wait was worth it

These are amazing. Just drove from 1500 miles the pas two weeks in the dark and they lit up the road! Just a little bummed about my lights being from the first batch and starting to spiderweb.

 

spiderweb? Pics? Is this something we should be worried about on ours?

 

No, I heard it only affected the first batch. They did a good job covering all bases for the next. It really is an excellent modification!

 

Any updates?

I bought my lights out of the last GB that was in September-October, I believe. Since then I have put about 7k miles on my car and they have worked perfectly every mile of the way. I love these headlights to the point where I make an effort to try and tell everyone I know who has an FD about these lights. True life savers. Heath and crew get many

 

We're finishing up the current builds and should begin shipping late next week or early the week after. Again these are built to order in large batches and we often experience bottlenecks with our various suppliers which holds up the process. The good news is we've finally got all of the components in stock and the headlights themselves are nearing completion. Thanks for hanging tight, we appreciate your patience and hope after receiving them the wait will have been worth it

Having installed these on my car and had a couple of user related issues I needed help with I've got to say that these lights are well worth the wait and the guys at SBG provide great service and communication. You are getting one of the most well put together parts you can get for our cars so you've got to be patient.

Unfortunately we've sponged up all of the available housings in the US... and have pre-ordered all of the next ones coming in. There's basically a shortage of housings and at the moment we have all available housings set aside for future retrofits until we can secure more of them.

 

uhh crap lol.Maybe you should ask SONAR directly to send you some(you probably sold so many lenses so as a customer they should provide you some replacements).Anyway, thanks for the reply!!

 

Well this issue no longer exists for us, but we are direct with the only US importer for Sonar so we're getting as many as come in.

We've been getting a number of emails asking if we'd consider running another group buy for those who missed out on this run. We've only been about to source TEN housing sets this time... it seems the supply of these housings is drying up (we work directly with the only importer of these lights so we have first dibs on any housings coming into the states).

If you'd like to be a part of the next group buy please let us know by adding yourself to the list... we'll create a new thread once we reach critical mass. This next round should go quicker as we actually have the housings in stock and have begun modifying them (we're estimating three weeks or so before they are complete).
