Thank you for the patience. Got some samples in. Made a few little changes. I'm very close to the final version.

Decided to add two small holes on the inner part which should make adjustment easier using needle nose pliers once everything is installed on the car.

its very confusing as to when they made the change , is it country specific ?

 

Quick update. D washer is pretty much complete.

 

 

If it ain't broke...
Although, they are a wear item. The threads stretch on both the bolt and the nut from repeated uses. Eventually, you'll need to replace. The question is whether they'll be NLA when you get around to it.

 

To my understanding they are NLA, there is no part number for the D-Style. Or Mazda is still using the same number and they've simply updated the design to H

 

I have just ordered a front and rear set. One set is available and the other is on order from Japan but can’t remember whether it’s front or rear. Will let you know if it’s front or rear hopefully next week
