Custom Front Splitter

Wondering if anyone would be interested in a custom splitter I made for a 99 and up bumper. Throwing the idea out into the community and if enough people want them, I will build and sell. Let me know what you think.

Right now it is made out of marine board, but if the interest is there I planned on duplicating them with fibreglass

Here's what I want...

From Password JDM for the Honda S2000:

There are a few splitter / undertray options. But the rest... THAT'S sexy and useful.

Looks like it mounts to the stock holes for the 99 lip.

Wondering about the rear. A real splitter would benefit from better mounting than the stock lip/undertray.

This one might be easier, because it's high enough to work with the stock mounting points. But, interested to understand the intended mounting.

It mounts on the stock 99 front lip holes, and also mounts on the bottom of the stock oil cooler brackets.

I built it this way to try to make it fit for the "majority" of the audience.

Is there any mounting in the rear, like to where the undertray mounts? I'm sure mounting solutions could be figured out by buyers, as necessary.

It doesn't mount any farther back because it wouldn't actually fit. The subframe of the RX7 is lower then that lip by about 1/2 inch. The lip will also feed more air into the Intercooler because it's forcing the air into it. Could provide more pictures if you wanted tomorrow

I should note that I planned on selling each lip for 175 CAD (you pay shipping)

or cheaper for a or a large group buy, trying to make some extra cash yet not make RX7 owners pay rediculous amounts products just because we have rare cars
