Carbon Door Sills (Traditional carbon-weave/honeycomb/forged)
Hey guys! Just wanted to pop in and introduce ourselves as the host of this Group Buy.
It's an inaugural run for Garage Alpha - but won't be the last! We're a new concept dedicated to introducing NEW products along with reviving products that since left production.
So here's what we're thinking. In order to make sure the website is up-to-snuff and to get us in the habit of processing orders - we're going to direct you to the website for orders / payments:
MAZDA RX-7 [FD3S] CARBON FIBER DOOR SILLS
The price will be $170 per set of sills REGARDLESS of weave / color. In the future, Honeycomb / Forged will come at a premium (+$20) along with a fee for colors (+$10)... they will also have a higher base price.
As of now, we have all the weaves along with black / red / silver as selectable colors (along with NO LOGO and Exposed Carbon). If you want a different color, just select the Special Order option and note in checkout what you want.
ALSO - for those of you wanting them to be pre-drilled - PLEASE ADD IT TO THE NOTES ON CHECKOUT. This is something we'll only be offering during the initial Group Buy and we'll be doing it spot on with the OEM holes.
We'll give this a couple more weeks for the word spread and to let people get their orders in. After that, we'll get everything rolling.
The conservative ETA for these will be in the neighborhood of Halloween to Thanksgiving. But I would expect everyone to have them before SevenStock (November 3rd).

I think we'll keep orders open until September 30th (another week or so) then cut off the Group Buy window.
We already have orders sent to production, so it's going to be a matter of finishing up what people want, then waiting for shipping.

Just to try and control expectations - this is a Group Buy. We are in the “compile orders” phase. That phase will last until September 30th when we close pre-orders and tally everything up.
From there, the finalized order is sent to the manufacturer. Although some *are* already in production to try and speed things up - they will ALL have to wait until the last one is ready to ship them ALL together.
So “soon” is all relative. But by SevenStock (November) is the target.
