I have this prototype on my car as we speak. I hope to have my car mobile by months end. Once I get some seat time I'll give feedback on the mounts performance. For now I can comment on fitment and quality which both are top top top notch. I also had LZM make me a set of delrin upper rear diff mounts/dushings as well as a set delrin subfram bushings. Again the quality and fitment are outstanding.

i'd be in for 2 depending on cost

so I might be able to buy one. I gotta link him back to here and get them to realize that people still want these.
I will keep the details coming!:nod::nod::nod: |

Also still interested. I checked in with Lucky 10 aprox a year ago and basically got the same result as DC5Daniel.

I am definitely interested in one of these.

i think honestly its such a bitch to install they haven't had another run on this. I will let you guys know and I took me a while to get this "used" one but im hoping it will solve my issues, if they dont run another one I just also bought a new oem mazdaspeed diff mount. Bret |
So I ripped and broke off the tabs off the subframe holding the diff together.
So first I had to pull the car apart, cut out the old broken subframe, cut a new 3/8ths square, notch it and then weld it back into the subframe I bought a badass custom front diff mount from "lucky10" Lucky-10 | Research Design Fabrication, took the hard bushings out and used softer energy poly bushings in it. Bought some delrin rear subframe bushings and installed a bumpstop above the diff too. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...c4dc789a5b.jpg http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...dfc4832761.jpg http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...b1c123ff7d.jpg http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...50f11e20d2.jpg http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...eb48b5edab.jpg http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...9185b16dbf.jpg |
So far so good. Had the car up to 80 on the highway and no extra nvh than before with the mazdaspeed front diff mount and oem subframe bushings

Just wanted to update this thread and so far so good. Put at least a few hundred miles on the car and a a few autocross events. I'm very happy with the results!
Seeing that Level Zero is still a registered member it would only be Respectful to that Member if any Future postings about Differential mounts by OTHER Companies would be placed in ANOTHER Thread instead of THIS ONE. You Don't walk your dog and let him crap on the neighbor's lawn..and not pick it up..sort of thing... Ok Guys?? Thanks. |
