Rotor Connection....Good or Bad?

I sent this guy money for a pulley kit for my FC project via paypal 3 weeks ago. The payment cleared just about a week later from the time I sent the money. Here I am now 2 weeks after a payment that cleared with no pulley kit and have not gotten a single reply to any of the messages I have sent him. No tracking number by tomorrow I am going to resolve this through the dispute center in paypal.

I bought some injectors that he had for sale ( I believe it was the same thread). They were supposed to be 830cc injectors. I paid for them, I recieved them pretty fast but they were not 830cc injectors, They were 680cc GSL-SE injectors that he said he believed were bore out to 830cc. He then asked me what I wanted to do after numerous PMs from me to him over the time frame of a week, and I told him I would send the injectors back to him and he could refund my money, He never contacted me back and that was the end of that transaction. I personally wouldnt do business with him again although he did ship the injectors pretty quickly.

I just recieved the pulley kit in the mail. It was complete and in good condition. The shipping was a little slow and messages were unreponsive but I recieved the part.
