I bought a used FC door from Rotativo a few months ago, his thread included several good-quality pics of everything he had to sell. The door was in perfect shape when he sent it, practically new paint, trim, seals etc. When the door arrived, it was damaged beyond repair due to DHL's carelessness. Needless to say I was bummed. I contacted Rotativo, and he communicated with me about filing a damage claim. He kept the lines of communication open with me through the whole claim process that resulted in a refund. I sincerely applaud all his efforts and I would gladly buy from him again. GREAT SELLER!
