I recently picked up an expensive piece from John and felt it worth mentioning that his responses to my questions were quick. Even better, after determining that the box options were insufficient, he built a wooden crate to ensure the exhaust arrived exactly as shipped.

I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

LOL. I cannot confirm or deny this... but am glad there were no such pictures in the crate!
