Ottawa was a great and patient buyer and communicator. He waited patiently for me to pull and prepare my engine for shipping and arranged immediate payment upon notification that the engine was ready to ship. It takes courage to put out $1600 ahead of time to a supplier across the country and trust your product will arrive even if the money is through paypal.
