Alright this might be a bit of a long one but here goes.

Manny had two sets of twins up for grabs (need rebuilds) I wanted to get my hands on a set or two so I could try and rebuild one set, have the other for any misc parts ect.
Transaction was fast, no hic-ups or anything lots of communication, very friendly and professional.

Turbos were packaged quite well, but there was a problem in shipping. I received the package and it looked like the shipping company played soccer with the box! It had been dropped hard enough to break the compressor housing off of the primary turbo and completely destroy the compressor wheel (I am thinking that the shaft is bent too)

So right away I call Manny, he is shocked that the shipping company did this and he is more then willing to help me figure this out. I take some pictures and with in a few days he has the shipping company issuing me a refund. I just received the refund on the 3rd. ( I have been meaning to post but I am in the midst of buying a house so there is very little time to set aside ) I think all in all this whole process has taken 4 weeks 1 week was with the item in shipping and the following 2 weeks were waiting for the shipping company to get their butts moving on the refund. rest of the time was communication.

All in all disappointing that the shipping company used the turbos as a soccer ball. As for Mannykiller he stepped up and took care of the situation, sure the turbos are not worth very much as they need to be rebuilt, but that is not the point. Be it 1 dollar or 100, there was a problem and Manny did all he could and more to make sure that I was taken care of.

My hat is off to Manny for taking care of this situation as promptly as he did.
