I got a great deal on an SE engine from Fong earlier this weekend, and although I haven't gotten it installed or heard it run yet I know it's good. He gave me a start-up warranty on it, a complete refund of my money if it doesn't run, and after talking with him and dealing with other parts in person for over an hour he really seems like a trustworthy, honest guy. I wouldn't think twice about making another deal with him or trusting him with my money. I'll reply to this about the condition of the engine after it's installed and running...
