I contacted Greg last Friday about a new rear cargo mat, since I pulled the silly bose system. He got back to me on Saturday, I paid on Sunday, he shipped the mat on Tuesday with tracking info, and I got it Thursday. You can't beat that. On top of that, the mat itself definitely exceeded my expectations (which were quite high to start). Thanks man!
