This guy, told me he had a stock TII driveshaft, and said he sent it, via FedEx, tracking number "369422865000740" This **** STILL isn't here, it's been about 3 ******* weeks. Now I'm pretty pissed.

I HATE being jipped off, and by snakey people like this, it makes me even more pissed. I was depending on this for my swap, and so far, I'm stuck now.

Bad 'seller' I paypal'd the money to him the day he told me he had it, he sent me a message "I'll send it monday, it should be there on friday" and it wasn't there, not bad, okay, maybe next week Monday or Tuesday, NOT FREAKING THERE.

Now I've just been busy as hell with working 10 hours a day and working on swapping my car and **** like that, so I just barely got some friggin' time to get on.

Bad business, will NOT EVER do business with again. He seemed like a nice guy, I'll give him that. But the devil's always taking role in something nice like a clown or some ****....

My first car right at my finger tips, and I'm being f'kd by not having this.

 

I just tracked the package online and it says that fedex picked it up on the 9th. You should call fedex with the tracking number and find out what the deal is.

As long as the seller handed it off to the shipping company they did their part. You can't say the guy screwed you over just because of a fuckup at fedex.

Even though shipping is handled through third parties, most of the world holds the seller responsible for ultimate delivery even though it's really not their problem. For this reason, paypal and credit cards will generally issue a refund if the item is not received within a certain amount of time. I don't necessarily agree with this procedure all the time, but it is the way of things.

 

I spoke with him and he sorted it all out with me.

they put me on hold, and they said I can:

A) go through some paperwork and a mess load of crap, and wait AT LEAST 14 days(business) days to possibly get it shipped

or

B) call tomorrow to see what the **** is up with their ****.

FedEx is the worst **** I've ever experienced, UPS rapes all. **** FedEx. >_>

 

well i once bought a set of wheels, which ship as pairs. one box i got, one didnt show up and it turned out for whatever reason they sent it to new jersey, from cali, im in denver. so it took awhile to get the other 2. fedex can and does **** up

 

to the OP...you have some serious anger management issues. We've all been screwed by shipping companies...just deal with it and try not to blow a gasket.

 

I had this happen with me recently with me as the seller to another member. Thru the USPS it took a month to get to him. Everyday the tracking info just stated that it was accepted at the post office. He contacted me and I was on the phone immediately to the post office where I shipped it from. They contacted the distribution center were it was headed next and the arrival destination and could not find it.
Finally I went on line and it stated it had been delivered. Contacted the member and he told me he did not get it yet. Two days later after they had scanned the delivery confirmation number he received it.
The point is that you work with the buyer or seller. In this case it was my responsibiltiy to follow up on this daily and do whatever I could to ensure that the buyer received his product. It is also highly important when you are the seller to keep in contact with the buyer on a regular basis and let them know what is being done.
As the buyer you need to keep clear communication with the seller and give them the opportunity to resolve the matter.

 

I`am so Glad you went back on here to say your sorry for the shitstrom you have tried to start, I did exactly what i do for everyone else i ship for I ship on the next business day and sometimes on the day you pay. Blame the ******* fed ex *******, Don`t EVER come on here and say **** about anybody in a negitive way it just starts a bullshit thing so when someone who has never done business with me post on the search this section with my username, And this **** comes up wether or not it was my fault, A person will see this and possiably reconsider buying from me at this point, just because of your ******* mistake, No matter what you try to make up from at this point, You have already put this into action. You only contacted me once and i looked in to it and was told you should get it on the following wednesday or thursday and then out of no where this **** is up, And then I`am having forum post issuse`s, Well its working today, Don`t think I`am still not pissed at you for this ****. Always try your hardest, to work it out with the seller before coming to this section, I do want you to know, I almost didn`t even sell you this because i had seen where you tried to bash Japan2LA for a front clip you picked up from him, Just like another post above this one, Anger Manganement may be something you should try to seek some help on.

Oh, I DID get on FedEx. I ******* FLAMED on them.
It's not anger problems, it's just being fucked when you need something right away.
My bad, drama, I just looked at it said it was in KY and that's where you are, so it seemed as if you just asked them about pricing, and shipping, got a tracking number for w/e reason on lean or something, so you can ship it later or w/e ****.

I spoke with the people today, they said they can't even find the ******* thing.

I live 12 miles from town, I drove your shaft there, I already had it wrapped at each end heavily covered with bubble wrap. The person who works at fed ex had given me a gaint white bag that fed ex gives them for bulky items, So i put it in the bag and wrapped tape around it has close has i could. gettin has close to the shaft has possiable. The scale showed it weighed about 14.5 pds, They charged me $14.00 for freight, And now it seems on Monday I`ll be going back to file a claim on the shaft, I better get reinbursed myself for there ******* mishap.

 

Drama did everything he could ONCE anyone sticks an item in the hands of the shipping company they have no more control over the situation including:

loss
broken
damaged
shipped to the wrong address

I would honestly be mad at this PIA and I will NEVER do bbusiness with anyone like this..

Dram has a GREAT rep he is a stand up guy and I fell 100% safe sying he would not screw anyone.,,
