I've been very fortunate to have some great transactions on the Forum and I make special note of this one because it could have been one of the worst.
I sold Dorifto7 a Sunroof Model FD Black Headliner. While preparing for shipping, I noticed a small imperfection and immediately offered a full refund of his money. He said he'd be willing to accept the headliner still and I refunded him some money.
Despite packing the absolute heck of the package (buyer has pictures) there was still some minor damage in shipping. I offered to refund all money and pay to have the item returned. Buyer supplied photos and offered to keep the item with a small refund.
This transaction was a great example of what can happen when two individuals calmly rectify a potential bad situation and both work out an agreement with integrity and respect.
