Long story short, I bought a set of TII brakes from him. I was away from home so didn't get to see them when they showed up. A couple of weeks later he realized that he hadn't included the hubs so he sent them along. Seems any more like a lot of people would have said screw it. Nice to see there are some honest folks left.
