CenCalRX7 is a great guy!
I thought I'd post a review of my experience with Phillip to help him out a little because he's doing an LS2 swap so he'll be selling his old powertrain and various other engine compartment parts, but he doesn't have many posts on this forum or a reputation.
I recently purchased a brand new Seibon CF hatch from him with the glass and new weather-stripping already installed. This was no easy task because he only wanted to do local pickup due to the bulk and potential damage to the item in shipping. He's in Fresno, I'm over 200 miles south in West L.A. It took a week and a half before I had the opportunity to rent a Sienna and drive up there, but Phillip stayed true to his word and wouldn't even accept a deposit from me to hold it because he trusted my word and intentions to buy it. I picked it up on Friday the 7th, and met with Phillip and his brother for some 40 minutes.
He's a great guy and a very knowledgeable car guy, having completed an ground up Datsun 510 SR20DET build before tackling his current project. I got nothing but good vibes off of Phillip. Trust him for any business that you may consider doing with him. He also said that he'll be at SSX, so we should all welcome him to the RX-7 community (even though he's already a traitor who bought the car to put an LS2 in
).
