Hey Guys,

So I ordered a dual-belt alt pulley from banzaitoyota a few months back. Of course, the post office somehow managed to lose it, which left us in a pretty tight spot. He was already taking a hit of few dollars to cover the extra shipping to Canada, and here I was without a pulley.

Despite the hassle, and my unforgiving impatience (my car went away for winter before his new shipment came in), he offered either a refund, or to ship another.

Definitely an A+ guy, especially for putting up with my impatience. Unfortunately this may be the end of shipping-to-Canada for banzaitoyota, but I've got a US address too (the ups store just across the border) so it all worked out in the end.

i have to say that i am happy with banzaitoyota also i ordered dual pulley belt, i got the shipping notice from paypal one day and 3 days later had my pulley (yesterday) so i have got to say that i am very happy with banzaitoyota.
