A couple of months ago I procured some Tokico Illuminas from a buddy. He was missing 3 of the 4 adjusting caps and the setting arrows were faded. I called Tokico to inquire about the cost of replacement parts. They asked for my name and address and then let me know the parts would be sent free of charge!

Seven days later I received in the mail not only the adjusting caps but several other new, small pieces as well...such as the setting arrow piece. They also sent 3 stickers which we all know are good for 10HP each!

I'm sure the grand total to manufacture the parts they sent was like .003 cents. However, so many companies charge for basic items such as this when they could be like Tokico and realize this type of service = repeat customers and brand loyalty. I know I'm a fan!

Doooooooooooooooood! were they the ones with red lettering or white letter w/ black outlines? Because I've heeeeeeeerd that the white letter w/ black outline ones actually add 20 hp !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
