IRP Good Business

IRP Good Business
As a multiple business owner, I'm very conscious regarding feedback from customers. When I buy a part, I typically try and provide feedback to the owner regarding my experience. This is for both good and bad experiences.
The rotary community is quite small and there are few shops/businesses that put out very high quality products. I've been watching IRP for some time and during the current reconstruction of my car, I wanted to use their motor mounts.
The mounts were shipped quickly but when they arrived, there was not an invoice nor any "swag". Having ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts recently from various businesses this was the first order that had not included even a sticker.
Noticing this, I reach out to Ihor and expressed that my primary concern was in not receiving an invoice but as I was using their product a sticker or something would be nice as well to pimp their business. He politely thanked me for my input and that was that...or so I thought.
Today I received an envelope in the mail from IRP. Strange I thought to myself, I didn't expect the 2012 GoodfellaFD3s Pinpup Calendar for another week or two and the package was too small for a calendar. Inside the envelope were an invoice and an IRP sticker.
At this point in time I really didn't NEED those items, but I thought it was an incredibly nice gesture by the IRP Crew to follow up on the suggestion...and it was certainly unexpected. Big thumbs up guys...thank you!

I also have to give me thank to IRP for the great help they have been with my Turbo II, took her in for a compression test and sure enough they took care of my car like professionals, gave me some great advice in taking care of my engine since i had some good compression numbers high 110psi, I'm currently getting my Defi gauges installed at their shop right now and can't wait for more future work with IRP.
thank you Rich & Ihor.
