Character, integrity, and customer service mean a lot to me when it comes to business. I ordered a gauge pod from Drake. He is not the fastest when it comes to making these things (he is a one man show and builds to order to keep cost low), but there are not a lot of options around and his stuff looked really good on the website. The pod came about a month later (he warns you about lead times on the website). Upon receiving the package it exceeded my expectations. Yes they are 3D printed, but the material is very sturdy and matches the OEM plastic. Upon installing it, I notice that there was a defect in the base of the pod, causing it to not rest flush with the dash. I tried adjusting it, but there was nothing I could do to get it to work right.

I emailed him about my issue. Within 24 hours he responded and shipped me a new pod free of charge. Within a week I had a good gauge pod. This right here is A+ service and has exceeded my expectations.
