I ordered from Banzai Racing an oil pan brace, differential brace, and polyurethane motor mounts and I would have to say they are by definitely top notch when it comes to customer service! I have dealt with very few businesses that were as responsive and picking up phone calls despite being busy and Banzai Racing is now on that list (made quite a few calls and e-mails to them too). Always kept in contact via e-mail or phone call and gave tracking numbers for all their items and worked with me to deliver them to the shop I needed them to go to. Elaine was probably the most helpful and knowledgeable customer service reps I have dealt with. The items all got in yesterday and I went to take a look at them at the shop and all I can say is they were great stuff. Definitely will do business with them again and will highly consider them for my engine rebuild when the time comes.

 

I couldn’t agree more. Banzai provides a great service to the rx-7 community. Chris and Elaine are great to work with and kept constant communication during my rebuild as well.

I feel they really involve their customers as well.....not only by amazing communication, but thru tracking your project as well. They create a personal customer site and track the breakdown, reason for failure(s), and rebuild of your motor in nearly real-time.

I look forward to heading out there for a tune once I break-in my ported 13B. Hopefully their 20B project is nearly done by the time I head out there!
