13B-REW out of an FD.

Based on the harness I'm sure someone could tell you the year, or at least narrow it down.

that engine is 94-95 Rx7 engine JDM, you can tell from the non chrome intake nuts, yet it still has the separate coolant filler cap adaptor. 92-93 would be chrome with a silver throttle body elbow, 96 has a single piece thermostat neck, and different ECU connectors.

Mazda made the Cosmo twin turbo 13B from 89-96, it has a different intake manifold, different turbos, etc.

the FD engines were made from 1991-2003, the basic engine block stays pretty much the same, but a lot of little updates happen to the peripherals.
