It's just within ideal spec. but it's showing some copper. Your opinion is appreciated.

You could reuse it if you had to, but I'd replace it if possible. About 10-20% copper showing is the general consensus for reuseable bearing, but you need to have it on the shaft and measure the play to know for sure.

The main bearings on REW's tend to wear a shitload, compared to earlier 13b's where they usually sustain very little wear.
