Would like opinion of condition of Center Housing

I previously asked about my incorrect belief that my irons had cracks when it turns out that was just step wear. Anyways, I finally got the center housing cleaned up and was able to take some measurements. According to the FSM, the max step wear is 0.0039in (0.1mm) and the deepest wear groove that i could find was 0.003in. The engine ran strong and made good compression before it was long term parked (I don't remember the exact compression numbers from 8 years ago, but I do remember that they were right in the middle of the acceptable range). This engine also made compression when I was manually cranking it with the spark plugs in during my preparation for removal. The only reason that I am rebuilding it is because it sat for so long and I was worried about possible corrosion in the water/coolant channels.

None of the other wear areas moved the needle of my dial indicator (side seal path within oil seal and outside of it) and the warpage was fine. I was just wondering if those of you with more experience looking at Irons could give me their opinion of its condition. This was only cleaned once (I plan to it 3 times total on each component) just so that I could take measurements and order a new one if necessary. I will first put pictures of the overall wear surface and then of one small spot that I want to highlight.

Here is the spot that I noticed when I was taking measurements. It is right above the eccentric shaft opening within the oil seal wear area. I am unable to get my fingernail to catch on it, nor was I able to take any measurement of its depth with the dial caliper. Again, the engine ran strong before it was stored and I'm positive that this wasn't caused during disassembly as we weren't using any tools other than a rubber mallet.

Thank you for any help you can provide and please let me know if you have any questions.
