I tested the starter and it was bad so I replaced it. Put in a new battery. Still won't start. It sounds like its trying to but it just won't turn over. What should I look at next??? (Besides a different car...)

you have a bad connection to the starter soleniod. You need to do a relay mod to your starter or fix the wiring or ignition switch. I had the same problem with my car the relay mod fixed it. I believe the wiring degrades as my car doesn't have a ignition key at all, it is electronic encoded.
