Whats you egt?

What is the temp of your exhaust? What is the highest temp on your gauge, 0-1600 or 0-2000?

mine is a 1600 and with my FD at WOT it runs about 1200. If I had to do it again all over I would go with the 2k guage.

It will depend where in the exhaust the egt thermocouple is. At the port i would expect 1600 deg or with surporting seals etc or slightly higher.

If the motor is turboed and the thermocouple is just after the turbo i think the rule of thumb is around 350deg F cooler.

I run around 720deg C (1328deg F)in cruise measued at the former stock 02 sensor hole. Im estimating at the exhaust port im seeing about 860 dge C (1580 deg F)
