whats wrong with my rx

when im in 3 it wont go above 5k rpms is it a fuel problem should i replace the fuel pump and if so were can i get one please help thanks in advance

I had the same problem, I could make it up a hill no matter how much I down shifted I couldn't get the rpms up they just stopped. My problem was fixed when I replaced my cat. Then my car screamed.
